Less than 24 hours to go until we land on the West coast.

A last minute bit of stress almost meant that the blog might not go a head as we both forgot our passwords.

It felt a bit to much like my day job to be hunting down database logins to ‘hack’ our passwords.

We will now attempt to get some sleep and do some ‘California Dreamin’.

It now feels we have too much to do, see and eat in such a short space of time. Food is a big part of the trip, but only 2 places are definite visits so far.

1st we have Fathers Office in Santa Monica. A ‘gastro pub’ home to the burger credited with kick starting the gourmet burger trend. There’s only one way you can have the signature ‘Office Burger’, no substitutions and ketchup and mustard are banned.

Second we have ‘Eatsa‘ in San Fran. The worlds first fully automated reasturant. Where else better to have it than in America’s tech capital?

Speaking of tech, we have planned to indulge the geek in me. On the way to San Fran, we will pass through Silicon Valley, and visit the computer history museum. We may spot the Googleplex and Facebook’s offices on 1 Hacker Way whilst we are there.

But that’s all still to come. First we must sleep and fly for half a day or more…
