Its like Camden..but not quite as good!

Its like Camden..but not quite as good!

We don’t have a particular plan for the day. We noticed some trains from our hotel window so we head to see them, they are part of the Toronto Railway Museum, located in an old Round house, we also note there is a brewery here.. we note that for later

Train Boy

We make our way to the harbour and take in the waterfront before heading back towards the city in search of the Toronto sign at Nathan Phillips square.

Toronto

City hall is located on this square and we see a number of couples either having just been married or on their way to get married.

Wanting to get respite from the heat we head to the Eaton Centre,  we head to Physco Bunny, a Canadian clothing brand its a bit too cool for us so we head into the book store,  despite books seeming to be more expensive than in the UK, we purchase a couple.

We leave the Eaton Centre and head to Dundas square.  It seems to be a spot for music and festivals but there is nothing going on.

It’s very busy in this area so we decide to move on and head to Kensington Market, we attempt to get on a street car, but fail terribly so end up walking.

Feeling Hungry when so we head to Budda Vegan Chinese.  If you are in the know this is the resturant to come to.  The food was delicious!

Can you spot our review.

We spend a couple of hours browsing the vintage stores of Kensington Market before head back to hotel, this time we manage to get on a street car.

Remembering the brewery, we head down for a pint before heading back to the harbour for our last Toronto activity a night time harbour cruise.  We are treated to views of the city. Toronto looks beautiful all lit up.
