An early start finds us heading to Quebec City on the VIA Rail. The 3hrs passes quickly as we watch the Canadian scenery pass by, and are served breakfast, a first for me on a train. Our itinerary today is a trip to the Jardine Botanique, boasted as one of the finest Botanical gardens in the world. It’s a bit further out of the city so we opt to take an Uber.
